UPPSC Assistant Engineer Selection Process 2024

UPPSC AE Salary & Job Profile 2024

On selection, the candidate will be designated as an Assistant Engineer and work under the concerned departments of UP Government like PWD, Irrigation, Rural Engineering etc. The UPPSC AE Salary will be drawn according to Level 10 of the pay matrix. The pay scale will be Rs.15,600 – 39,100 with grade pay Rs. 5400. Regular increments, TA, HRA and other allowances will also be provided as per government norms.

The Assistant Engineers will handle work related to planning, construction and maintenance of civil works. Electrical/ Mechanical AEs deal with installation and upkeep of machinery and equipment. Working hours will be around 8 hours per day and 5 days a week. Periodic promotions up to Executive Engineer level are possible based on performance and experience.

UPPSC AE Admit Card 2024

The UPPSC AE admit card is an important document which contains details of the exam date, time, and exam centre location. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry a copy of the same to the exam centre, else their entry will be barred. The admit card is made available on the UPPSC website, a few days before the exam.
