UIIC AO Guarantee Bond
Before joining as a probationer, the selected candidates for appointment on the regular payroll of the Company will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of five years, including the probationary period. If the candidate resigns from the Company before the expiry of the bond period, they will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to the actual gross salary paid to them, but not exceeding the amount of gross salary for one year. Additionally, the resigning employee will also be liable to pay an amount of Rs. 35,000 towards orientation and upskilling costs.

The first stage for the UIIC AO Recruitment 2024 is the Online Examination. The exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions with a duration of 2.5 hours. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark for each incorrect answer.

After completing all stages of the selection process, appointed candidates for Administrative Officer (Scale I) Generalists & Specialists posts will serve a 01-year probation period. After completing the probation period, candidates will be paid a basic pay of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765. Along with the basic pay, candidates will be provided with admissible allowances and benefits such as Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Performance Linked Incentive (PLI), National Pension System (NPS), etc. At Metropolitan centers, the salary will be approximately Rs. 88,000/-.
