Union Bank LBO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be done through three stages: online examination, language proficiency test, and interview. The marks scored in the online exam and interview will be counted for final selection in the ratio of 80:20.
Online Examination: The first stage of the selection process is the online examination, which includes 155 MCQs and 2 letter & essay writing questions. The total duration of the online exam is 210 minutes.
Language Proficiency Test: The candidate must have proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in the local language of the state applied for. Candidates shortlisted in the online examination will be required to qualify for the language proficiency test (which is qualifying in nature). The candidates who produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate evidencing having studied the specified local language of the applied state as one of the subjects will not be required to undergo the language proficiency test.
Interview: The total marks allotted for the interview are 100, and the minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates). The weightage (ratio) of the Online Exam and Interview for final selection will be 80:20, respectively
